Energy Consumption |
|
With conventional systems, you are dependent on the utility companies for all of your HVAC energy
requirements.
The EnLink System reduces the power purchased from utility companies by 40%-70%. That
purchased power in conjunction with our System provides the geothermal energy for your total HVAC
needs.
Appearance
- Conventional HVAC systems place their machinery on rooftops, at the sides and in between
buildings. Great, hulking, ugly noisy machines that interfere with architectural design
and invite vandalism.
The EnLink System elements are all either underground, or inside walls or ceilings. Unseen,
silent and safe.
Health
- Conventional systems rely on long lengths of ducts to deliver air. These ducts are prime
breeding grounds for infectious, allergenic molds and spores.
The EnLink System incorporates ducts but a few feet long, minimizing health risk from
airborne bacteria.
Maintenance
- Conventional HVAC systems are complex mechanical systems, with a great deal of machinery
located outdoors exposed to the ravages of weather as well as vandalism. As such they
require constant, costly maintenance. In the event the system should fail, the entire
building is affected.
The EnLink System features fewer and more reliable machines, all of which are located inside.
Should a heat pump fail, it can be taken off stream without interrupting the rest of the
system.

Basic System Design
- Conventional HVAC systems are traditionally complex calling for powerful heaters, coolers, condensers,
long air ducts, complicated temperature controls and separate sources for installation and maintenance.
The EnLink System is simple, consisting of polyethylene pipe, standard pumps and heat exchange units.
All provided by one company.
Reliability
- Because conventional systems are complex, they are susceptible to more areas of failure.
Because of its simplicity and dependability, an EnLink
System life expectancy can be twice that of a
conventional system.
Comfort
- Conventional HVAC systems are designed to cool or heat a building in sections, thus leaving some rooms
at the mercy of the temperature setting in another room.
The EnLink System features individual heat pumps, which can be placed in closets, ceilings or as consoles
in each room, thus enabling precise individual room temperature control.
