Ray List
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. List is a seasoned senior executive with more than 30 years experience running large, medium and small corporations. He has earned a national reputation as an entrepreneur, and as a management consultant with national turnaround expertise. Mr. List has had success in a diverse group of industries, including engineering and construction, energy, petrochemicals, manufacturing, environmental, infrastructure, healthcare, education, travel, and technology. He is seven for seven in successful turnarounds as CEO in the last twenty years. Recent assignments include: Railworks Corp. and L.K. Comstock & Co. New York, NY 2004-2006 Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer; Lead consultant in restructuring the Los Angeles Unified School District; Chairman, President and CEO of the Global Vacation Group; Cohr Inc.; Masterplan, Inc. and ICF Kaiser Engineers and ICF Technology, and the Venture Fund of Washington.

Mr. List earned an MBA with honors from Harvard University in 1977, a Masters of Engineering under fellowship from Manhattan College in 1967, and BCE from Union College, Schenectady, New York in 1966. In addition, he is a Licensed Professional Engineer in California, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Massachusetts. Mr. List is a Fellow with the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Howard “Buzz” Johnson
Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Johnson has more than 30 years experience in engineering, technical design and development related to the drilling industry. As Senior Vice President, he has overall responsibility for the company’s engineering operations, including equipment and product development and geothermal system installation. Mr. Johnson has extensive expertise in all areas of drilling and geothermal installation – loop field design, feasibility studies, thermal conductivity tests, system installation, product development and maintenance assistance. He designed and developed EnLink’s patented Sonic Drill rigs, which are much quicker than conventional rotary drill rigs and have the ability to drill though any overburden materials. His designs include EnLink’s patented coiled tubing unit (CTU). This diesel/hydraulic coiled tubing, grout mixing and pumping machine has resulted in a fourfold productivity increase in the completion of vertical heat exchanger boreholes.

Mr. Johnson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech in 1971.

Richard Stuebi
Senior Advisor

Mr. Stuebi has more than 20 years experience as an executive, entrepreneur and consultant in the energy industry, and has been a senior advisor to EnLink since 2000. He is the founder and President of NextWave Energy, a firm that assists emerging and established businesses with various aspects of business development, including strategy and capital formation. He is also the BP Fellow for Energy and Environmental Advancement at The Cleveland Foundation, where he works with various public and private sector stakeholders to promote commercial activity involving advanced energy technologies in Ohio. During the 1990s, Mr. Stuebi was a Senior Vice President of business development at Louis Dreyfus Energy, and before that a management consultant in the energy practice at McKinsey & Co. He began his career at ICF Resources, a leading energy-focused economic and environmental consulting firm.

Mr. Stuebi earned degrees in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1984) and Stanford University (1986).
