Project Management
Navigating the installation of a GHP system is a highly specialized task. With any such market, expertise is required in the design, procurement, specifications and managing of contractors. EnLink provides project management services on behalf of owners in the following areas:
- Design analysis and validation. Throughout the entire process of building design, engineering, construction and commissioning, there are a host of constituencies that must be managed, including general contractors, subcontractors, and equipment suppliers. EnLink knows the small set of qualified, GHP-experienced companies well and can help architects/engineers navigate the otherwise unfamiliar territory associated with GHP.
- Specifications, Qualifications and Standards EnLink will assist the owner in defining job specifications for equipment, installation, testing, grouting, materials and site safety. Qualifications for contractors will be established.
Bid/RFQ Process EnLink will develop RFQ to meet all established and agreed-upon specifications and publicize project in appropriate channels. - On-Site Project Management EnLink will overall ensure that a project is completed to spec, to budget and on time in the following ways: manage contractors to ensure loop testing, proper materials and qualified team are present; provide ongoing verification of proper install process; act as owner's representative and manage billings, communications, and project close outs.
