EnLink supports architects and engineers in evaluating GHP opportunities for their clients and can help you create a green-building differentiation for your practice.

Superior Technology

Since its founding in 1995, EnLink has relentlessly
focused on developing and implementing technological
innovations to reduce the installed cost and improve the
performance of EHXs for geothermal
heating/cooling systems.

Our specialized technologies include:

  • The ability to drill where others can't by employing in one rig all five drilling technologies.mud rotary, air rotary, downhole air hammer, sonic and mud sonic.
  • A specialized drilling rig designed expressly to handle the challenges associated with drilling many holes for a large-scale EHX, predictably, rapidly, and under a variety of geologic conditions.
  • A coiled tubing unit (CTU) for quickly and easily inserting polyethylene pipe loops all the way to the bottom of pre-drilled holes less than four inches in diameter.
  • A grout mixing process for mixing any type of thermally-enhanced grouts in large quantities and of uniform consistency, and a bottom up pumping process that helps ensure that the grout gets dispersed evenly and thoroughly throughout the vertical depth of a completed borehole.
  • An energy metering system to accurately measure the quanity of heat transferred between the earth and the building to verify EHX performance.
